The Llenis J. Hillman scrapbook and other college memorabilia is a collection created while Ms. Hillman attended the Mechanics Institute (MI) in 1937-1940 and graduated from the Food Administration program. The collection includes scapbook pages, photographs, yearbooks, and Food Administration alumni directories. This collection was donated by Jeff Mason. His mother, Llenis Hillman Mason was a 1940 graduate of the Mechanics Institute (MI). His grandmother, Laura Church Hillman graduated in 1907. Llenis was a food administration graduate from Chaffee, NY. She was involved in glee club, Sigma Kappa Delta sorority, bowling, riding, golf and tennis.The collection consists of photographs taken of Llenis and friends while at MI, a scrapbook of MI memorabilia created by Llenis, a Rochester Athenaeum & Mechanics Institute (RAMI) pin, two Techmila yearbooks, and several Food Administration alumni booklets.

Llenis Jean Hillman was from Chaffee, N.Y. and attended Rochester Athenaeum and Mechanics Institute (RAMI) from 1938-1940. Ms. Hillman was in the Food Administration department. While attending RAMI, she was involved in glee club, Sigma Kappa Delta sorority, bowling, horse riding, golf and tennis. Llenis took many photographs with her friends while at RAMI.
